My number one belief after completing this course is that "I can Do it." Although technology can sometimes be overwhelming I know that I can learn how to use it. I know that I can take these tools and make them mine. I know that they are important and I want to share my knowledge with everyone around me.
Technology is not only just hardware and software, these tools are a way of life. This is how we learn, how we grow and how we communicate the globe over. My students need these skills, my students need to be exposed to technology not just in a separate computer class but also they need it in the regular classroom. The skills they learn from technology will go way beyond a keyboard, mouse and monitor. As my students minds expand with technology they will also have more room to fill their brains with all other information.
Finally using technology will make my job easier. Using, e-mail, video conferencing and my classroom website will help communicate with my principle, my team and my students parents. Using technology will keep me organized. I look forward to the further advance of technology in my near future.
